1. General
By placing an order or booking a service with Vibrant Soul (Pty) Ltd, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. T-Shirt Printing Orders
2.1 Custom Designs:
Customers confirm they have rights to use any artwork submitted. Vibrant Soul (Pty) Ltd is not liable for copyright infringement on client-supplied designs.
2.2 Production Time:
Standard turnaround time: 5–10 working days unless otherwise agreed.
2.3 Colour Variations:
Slight colour or placement variations may occur due to printing processes.
3. Payments
A 50% deposit is required before production begins for custom orders.
Full payment must be made before delivery or collection.
No work begins until deposit is received.
4. Returns & Refunds – Custom T-Shirts
Due to the custom nature:
No refunds or exchanges unless items are defective.
Incorrect details provided by the customer are not refundable.
Defects must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
5. Book Sales
Books damaged on delivery must be reported within 7 days.
Proof of damage (photo) is required.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless item is faulty.
6. Photography Bookings
A 50% booking fee secures your date.
Booking fees are non-refundable but may be transferred once with 48 hours' notice.
Late arrivals may reduce session time.
7. Delivery
Risk transfers to the customer once goods are handed to the courier. Vibrant Soul (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for courier delays.
8. Limitation of Liability
Vibrant Soul (Pty) Ltd is not liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Loss caused by incorrect information supplied
Delays due to load shedding, supplier issues, or events beyond our control
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
